Update for Our TCGplayer Orders to Canada
Customers in Canada who shop from Waffles and Enthusiasm on TCGplayer: On Friday, November 15, 2024, Canada Post went on strike. All mail coming from USPS to Canada are accepted but are being held. To ensure that our customers in Canada receive their orders in a timely manner, all orders to Canada after 11:00AM EST on Thursday, November 28, 2024 will be shipped via UPS with tracking. Until Canada Post resumes service, we will be shipping orders to Canada via UPS and increased shipping costs to Canada as a result. We hope to have the shipping rate of $1.65USD return once the strike ends.
Waffles and Enthusiasm is Moving!
Waffles and Enthusiasm will be moving to another location! We will post here where our physical store will be once we get it. Although our physical store is temporarily closed, Waffles and Enthusiasm is still open for business! All of our events are currently remote on our Discord server. Waffles and Enthusiasm Shipping Policy
TCGplayer Orders: Effective Thursday, March 21, 2024 unless the item(s) requires tracking (booster box, starter deck, deck box, etc.), all of our TCGplayer orders shipped in the US under $50 will be shipped without tracking. All of our TCGplayer orders shipped outside of the US under $100 will be shipped without tracking. If you want your order tracked under $50 (if shipped in the US), we offer expedited shipping. At checkout, select expedited shipping for your order to be tracked.
Remote Tournament Participation Packs and Prizes: Players are responsible for shipping costs. Once a player is ready to have their participation packs and prizes shipped, please reach out to us so we can inform you of the shipping costs.

We are currently not buying individual trading cards from customers. We plan on buying trading cards from customers again when our physical storefront reopens.
Due to inflation, there will be a 4% convenience fee for Credit and Debit Card purchases.
Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final. If there is a manufacturing error with a product (such as the sleeves were packaged damaged), you may exchange the sleeves for another card sleeve pack.
Product Requests
Don't see a product in store that you want? Ask us either in store or via product request form in Contact Us and we can look into special ordering the product for you.
Product Holding Policy
Want us to hold a product for you? We can hold a product for you for 24 hours. You can request in store or through the form in Contact Us for us to hold the product. If the product isn't paid for within 24 hours, the product will be available for someone else to buy. You will be able to pay in store or online (methods of payment are cash, Credit/Debit Card, and PayPal).
